Sergio had a good handyman who helped repair small problems in the house. During my two house sales, Sergio stopped by to be encouraging. For Open House, Sergio used all the media available. He made a few visits during the week before the Open House to see how he could help. The house had a buyer within a week. Before the closing, there was a Northeastern that brought down a few trees.
